ESTIMATE
Estimates are free of charge!
After we receive your request, detailed estimates take roughly 2-4 weeks.
Estimates give you a detailed breakdown of costs for your build. Estimates are based on initial inquiry, and are subject to change with scope change including features, specifications, and finish.
We are always willing to work with you along the way to save costs where possible. You have complete control to change this estimate wherever your dreams take you.
RETAINER
You could say things are getting pretty serious...
You like what you see? Let's get going!
Retainers are 5% of the total price of your detailed estimate. This guarantees you a spot in our schedule. We will provide you a build start date.
Your retainer is fully-refundable up to 60 days of your build start date. Should you choose to end your build within 60 days of your build start date, we will deduct work complete including, but not limited to, drawings, design, and administrative work and refund you the difference.
Once we have your retainer, we will begin work on your design.
Once you approve your design, we will adjust your estimate as necessary.
DEPOSIT
DRIFTing into your build
Deposits are 100% of the material costs and 30% of the estimated labor costs. Deposits are to be paid 30 days prior to your build start date. The retainer will be deducted from the price of the deposit.
Because we customize each build, we require your deposit before we can begin ordering materials.
Your invoice will include our Terms and Conditions. This is a contract between you, our valued customer, and DRIFTcampervans.
BUILD
You're gonna love it
We will keep you posted on how things are going and provide you pictures along the way. You are welcome to schedule a drop in and let us know your thoughts.
One week prior to completion, we will let you know your completion date, and we will schedule an appointment for you to do a quality and satisfaction check.
The average van conversion takes three to five months, but can be more or less depending on complexity and availability of materials.
FINAL PAYMENT AND HANDOVER
Adventure is your next destination
Before you pick up your DRIFTcampervans build, we will issue you a final invoice. Invoices are to be paid in full and landed before you pick up your build.
You can then come by, we will walk you through the complete build, features, and functionality. You then take your goods and roll. It's that simple!
